Rose Congue is our latest addition. It is much in demand here in Canada. It is a black tea blend. During my visit to China this year in July, (i.e 2017), I had the opportunity to meet tea farmers, producers, manufacturers and packers.

I was informed that unbroken black tea is referred to as "congue" in China. I will have to do more research about this and post more information soon.
